Q: How do I book a car?
A: Simply visit www.kwickgaadi.com or open the Kwickgaadi app. Choose your car, select dates, upload documents, and make a secure payment — you're good to go!

Q: Can I book a car at the last minute?
A: Yes, subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 2–4 hours in advance for guaranteed service.

Q: Can I change or cancel my booking?
A: Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking from your dashboard. Check our Refund & Cancellation Policy for applicable charges.


 Documents & Verification

Q: What documents do I need to rent a car?
A: You’ll need a valid driver’s license and a government-issued photo ID (like Aadhaar, PAN, Passport).

Q: How long does verification take?
A: Usually within 30–60 minutes. We’ll notify you once your documents are verified.


 Vehicle Delivery & Pickup

Q: Can I get the car delivered to my location?
A: Yes, doorstep delivery is available in select cities. Charges may apply depending on the distance.

Q: Where do I return the car?
A: Return it to the same location where you picked it up or as mentioned in your booking.


 Payments & Refunds

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets.

Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days as per our Refund Policy.

Q: Is insurance included with the rental?
A: Yes, basic insurance is included. However, you are liable for damages not covered by insurance or caused by negligence.
