Welcome to Kwickgaadi. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.kwickgaadi.com, mobile application, and any services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”) provided by Kwickgaadi (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. User Eligibility

To use the services offered by Kwickgaadi:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must hold a valid driver’s license issued in India.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable personal information.

2. Account Registration

• You must register and create an account to book a vehicle.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activity on your account will be considered authorized by you.

3. Booking and Usage Rules

• Vehicles are rented on an hourly or daily basis, as per the selected package.
• You are responsible for checking the vehicle’s condition before driving.
• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as rented.
• Fuel is the renter’s responsibility unless mentioned otherwise.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activity inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Vehicles must not be used for racing, towing, subletting, or off-roading.

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required to confirm a booking.
• Payments can be made via UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or wallet.
• Late return of the vehicle will result in additional charges as per our pricing policy.
• Toll charges, parking fees, fines, and penalties incurred during the rental period are to be borne by the renter.

5. Vehicle Damage and Liability

• You are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss that occurs during your rental period.
• In case of an accident, the user must notify Kwickgaadi immediately and file a police report if required.
• Insurance coverage applies as per the terms of the insurance provider, but the renter may be liable for the deductible or damage not covered under the policy.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the rental time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours attract a 25% deduction.
• No-shows or post-start cancellations are non-refundable.
• Kwickgaadi reserves the right to cancel a booking due to vehicle unavailability or verification failure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate traffic rules, transport regulations, or applicable laws.
• Use false documents or stolen payment instruments.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Platform.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users or Kwickgaadi staff.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, branding, text, images, and software, is the intellectual property of Kwickgaadi. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Third-Party Services

Kwickgaadi may integrate or link to services such as Google Maps, payment gateways, or marketing tools. We are not liable for any damage or loss caused by third-party tools or websites.

10. Termination

Kwickgaadi may suspend or permanently block your access if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent or harmful behavior.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City/State].
